Kao Mann Gai is a Thai dish that you can find in many places here in Thailand. It it rice with chicken, served with a variety of sauces and with a bowl of hot chicken soup. Very easy and above all, very tasty. |

When you get your Kao Mann Gai, you will also get a plate of "taste enhancers". Usually you get spring onions and chilli. What's essential is the garlic. Since the garlic is not as strong in Thailand as it is in Europe it's no problem to eat a lot of it. Just imagine the taste of garlic without the breath of death. |
| Just find a place where they sell this stuff and enjoy a Thai dish that is appreciated also by thoes who don't like spicy food. And while you're at it, why not enjoy your Kao Mann Gai together with a nice glass of Ice-Tea? Remember however that it might be a little on the sweet side... |  |
