Going home
after a visit to Soi Bangla you might want to check out this dude. He has his mobile
restaurant parked outside 7-eleven, the one nearest to Soi Bangla on Rat-U-Thit road.
There are some difficult questions you need to ask yourself though. Chocolate, coconut,
pineapple or banana? They're all sweet, they're all tasty and they're exactly what you
need! At only 20 Baht a piece you might consider eating two of these but one can be more
than enough if you're not a real sweet tooth. As you wait for the pancake of your choice
to be prepared you have the opportunity to watch this skilled "Pancake Dude" go
about what he knows best. Which by the way is frying pancakes.

Banana is always a safe bet and as you can see, the Pancake Dude only prepares it when
you order it. This way, you know your pancake is made fresh.

The Pancake Dude will flip your pancake around for a while until it has just the right
color. Then it is time for the final touch. Sugar and some liquid butter as a final touch.
He's also nice enough to provide you with a paper plate and two sharpened sticks to eat
with. If you want to take the pancake home he'll fold the pancake and put it in a bag for
you. The Pancake Dude serves the public from his mobile kitchen from early in the evening
until he runs out of stock at about two in the morning.
